LSI’s specialization is in manpower, consulting & management and has capabilities in investigations, threat & vulnerability assessments, consulting, training and logistics. LSI provides uniformed armed/unarmed guards, plain clothes estate/residential security & corporate office security teams, including executive/close protection details. Mr. Gallatin is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a diverse background in law enforcement and security. With 11 years of experience in law enforcement, including specialized roles such as SWAT Team Operator, SWAT K-9 Handler, and Field Training Officer, Donovan has honed his skills in various aspects of police work. He is a certified Taser Instructor, Use of Force Instructor, and Active Shooter Response Instructor, with a track record of creating and implementing departmental policies to enhance safety and efficiency.

In addition to his law enforcement experience, Donovan has spent 14 years in the security industry, working as a Residential Security Agent, Executive Protection Agent, and Director of Security. His international experience as an Executive Protection Agent, traveling on six continents, has provided him with a unique perspective on security threats and risk management. His expertise in creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures for clients’ personal residences, businesses, and academic institutions showcases his commitment to ensuring the safety and security of others.

Donovan is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with an emphasis on Social Psychology. He has continued to expand his knowledge and skills through certifications as an Active Shooter Survival Instructor for civilians, A.L.I.V.E Program Instructor, Workplace Violence Prevention Consultant, and Corporate/Residential Security & Safety Consultant.

With 20+ years of executive experience in corporate sectors and non-profits, Serenity is a strategic leader and problem solver who specializes in management, marketing, promotion, sales/fundraising, finance, and growth. As the Chief of Staff at Law Security & Investigations Inc., Serenity oversees the operations, projects, and communications of the company, ensuring alignment with the vision and goals of the CEO and the board of directors.

Serenity ‘s core competencies include organizational structure, tax and finance, corporate legal mitigation, HR and logistics, and team building and development. Serenity has a strong ability to put a vision successfully into action through effective staffing and core team management, achieving the necessary objectives and outcomes. One of Serenity’s favorite parts of leadership is empowering and enabling the team to grow and excel, as she believes that when the team succeeds, so does the organization. Serenity is also well versed and experienced in organizing and facilitating events and community activities that merge the company and the community into a united front.

His expertise encompasses drafting standard operating procedures and protocols, organizing and implementing robust security structures, and managing teams for high-profile individuals and families with extensive estates and offices.
